About Our Client:

A major transportation company based in Asia that manages a large fleet of ships, planes, and trucks worldwide.

Their vehicles transport a variety of goods, including bulk items, cars, containers, LNG, oil, wood chips, and even a cruise ship.

With a significant global presence, the company operates regional offices in the UK, USA and Asia.

The successful Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Processing the monthly payrolls
  • Checking the accuracy of the statutory payments
  • Managing the tax year end process
  • Preparing annual salary review and bonus data
  • Managing and reconciling monthly pension scheme contributions
  • Overseeing the purchase order and invoice process for HR and Payroll

The Successful Applicant:


The successful Payroll Coordinator will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of payroll experience, working in a similar role
  • CIPP qualification (desirable)
  • Experience of processing an inhouse payroll
  • Recent experience using ADP iHCM (essential)
  • Proficiency in Excel
  • P11D's experience
  • Experience working in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
