Our specialist team works endlessly to bring the best in beauty discovery as well as the latest tips, tricks and trends for them to trial.

GLOSSYBOX is the perfect treat where every month our subscribers receive a beautifully wrapped GLOSSYBOX filled with 5 surprise beauty treats, We have created a 360° experience that transcends beyond just the box with expert beauty advice and features from the industry.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and brand presence of Glossybox through the execution of the social media and content strategy, monthly campaigns, limited edition launches, brand activations and key business goals.
  • Schedule all content across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter & TikTok in line with the social content calendar and content series activations writing insight, community, trendled lifestyle & beauty copy.
  • Ownership of particular social platforms including IG, Facebook and Twitter liaising with wider brand and campaign teams to build out the monthly social calendar.
  • Support on creating engaging video content (for TikTok, Reels) filming trend, product and team videos. Ensuring assets are optimised for different platforms.
  • Brief artwork teams for graphic assets & support writing briefs for ambassadors/influencers.
  • Delivery of content series linked to monthly campaigns and wider brand strategy.
  • Responsible for daytoday community management across all platforms facilitating toway conversations & liaising with our Customer Service team
  • Conduct comprehensive competitor and industry analysis identify new opportunities and offer innovative ideas to ensure Glossybox remains ahead of the competition.
  • Report on social channel performance weekly to key stakeholders.

  • Understanding of social media analytics, reporting and insights.
  • Excellence content and copy writing skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
