Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team at RICS Birmingham. Position is Monday to Friday 10.30am - 3pm.

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness in various areas. This is an important role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for our customers and employees.


Duties:


  • Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
  • Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need to be replenished
  • Follow established safety procedures and guidelines
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations

Skills:


  • Ability to drive to different work locations as needed
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
  • Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Proficient in English to understand instructions and communicate effectively

Note:
This is a paid position. Internship positions are not available.

Pay:
£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.5 per week

Experience:

- cleaning: 3 years (preferred)
