Customer Service Assistant to join the business.

This position will be based at our Head Office in Knowsley working Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm.

As
Customer Services Advisor for you will be providing a fantastic service, supporting the business to resolve issues relating to claims and complaints.


Your role will include:


  • Liaise with the client (Openreach) on shared platforms to acknowledge, further and respond on complaints and claims raised and deal through to resolution
  • Raise complaints and claims and refer details to relevant stakeholders
  • Follow escalation process for complaints and claims as appropriate
  • Ensure MJ Quinn Managers are given accurate details of complaints on time and are tracked for closures.
  • Allocation of a complaint against root cause to report back to the Area Teams.
  • Provide Area Managers with statistics of complaints and claims broken back by Engineer
  • Provide ECJ weekly report to Openreach on compliance of surveys completed
  • Provide weekly reports to Managers in relation to noncompliance of Engineers completing surveys
  • Work with the Customer Service Manager, the Quality Manager and the Operational Support Team to identify poor performance across the scorecard.

Experience:


  • Experience of working in a customer service environment
  • Excellent communicating skills both face to face and over the telephone
  • Ability to manage multiple workloads.
  • IT Literate, experience of Microsoft 365 prefered.
