Responsibilities

Producing quality products to customer specification and deadlines, within a safe and hygienic environment.
Managing, developing and coordinating all available resources of plant, materials and people in order to ensure effective and efficient outputs that are within the agreed parameters of safety, hygiene, cost, quality and quantity.
Maintaining and improve on department KPI's.
Maintaining and embracing quality standards of health, safety and hygiene within the department, ensuring all employees comply and recognise its importance in the workplace.
Ensuring all people issues are dealt with in a professional and timely manner, liaising closely with the relevant members of staff and Human Resources department, to include absence, retention, training and development, disciplinary and grievance.

Other information
Working rotating shift pattern from 05.30hrs hrs and 13.30hrs hrs Monday to Friday.

Although the core role is currently based on days there may be some scope / opportunity to work on other shift patterns as required by the needs of the business so flexibility is required.

Ample notice would be provided.
