They are growing at a fast pace and are now on the lookout for a People Relations Advisor to join the wider People team to support their global employees by improving their strategy to deliver operational efficiency as well as providing an amazing employeeexperience

What you will bring to the table:

  • Experience working in employee relations with solid, knowledge of the principles and practices of the function.
  • Strong ability to build trust, along with demonstrated ability to drive and lead results in solving complex employee issues with sensitivity, diplomacy, and discretion.
  • Results driven ability with problem analysis and resolution skills.
  • Practical understanding and experience across key HR functional areas, processes, and practices, including both technical and nontechnical functions.
  • Maintain depth of knowledge on current legislation and advanced labour relations techniques while providing advice, guidance, and recommendations for problem resolution.
  • Proven ability to work with all levels of the organisation and across functional areas.
  • Agile and able to adapt as projects and priorities change and able to remain composed, positive, and gritty in the face of any setbacks or challenges.
  • Able to understand and appreciate different and opposing perspectives and to discover solutions and build consensus.
