About Us


South Warwickshire IPU 3-8 Community Mental health & Wellbeing Team is part of a multi-disciplinary, integrated mental health and wellbeing service.

IPU's are arranged around individual needs based on the national care clusters:

non-Psychosis (clusters 3-8), Psychosis (clusters and Organic (clusters We work with people who have complex and enduring mental health difficulties requiring care and support under the Care Act 2014.

The team is proactive in embedding and utilising multidisciplinary roles to provide strength-based assessment and outcome focussed interventions.


Our Team covers the locality of South Warwickshire and includes two bases in Stratford & Leamington and although you may be predominantly based at St Mary's Lodge in the Leamington location you are a still part of the wider team and may have the opportunity to work across both localities with different colleagues.

While support time recovery workers are employed within the team by both health and social care you will retain a distinct social care identity and will be working as a social care practitioner.


The Role


Although employed by Warwickshire County Council, this role is seconded to the Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Partnership Trust and therefore there is both a health and social care oversight.
