Job Introduction As aFleet Admin Co-Ordinator at Sodexo you will be responsible for processing fleet costs, managing company car orders and returns, and supporting drivers with their queries. Additionally, your attention to detail will be crucial in maintaining accurate records and ensuring legislative compliance. What you'll do:
- Check and process all Sodexo Fleet costs to ensure accurate charging for the business.
- Process new company car orders and handle administration tasks such as fuel card ordering and mileage management system setup.
- Provide administration and support for company car returns.
- Address driver queries and provide necessary support.
- Verify driving license and ensure MOT compliance for company cars.
- Deliver accurate and timely reporting of fleet information to key stakeholders.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
What you bring:
- Essential GCSE English & Maths grades A
- C or equivalent.
- Previous experience within a Fleet/Transport environment with an understanding of Benefit in Kind company car taxation legislation.
- SAP FICO experience/knowledge is essential.
- Accurate keyboard skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to impact and influence key stakeholders.
- Excellent people management skills and the ability to supervise the work of others.
- PC literate with intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Wellorganized with the ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.
- Proven experience of communicating effectively at all levels within an organization.
- Able to work cooperatively within a team as well as on own initiative.
- Strong understanding and respect for confidentiality.
