Main responsibilities are but limited too;
- Provide administrative support to the Commercial Team
- Maintain contact lists
- Provide general support to visitors
- Input and maintain data into systems (SAGE) as required
- Filing / archiving
- Any other duties as required
Required Skills;
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ideally SAGE
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
