Associate Town Planner

A multidisciplinary planning consultancy who specialise in town planning and sustainable planning design are now looking for an associate or an Associate Town Planner to join them in their Bedford office.

The Company

The successful Associate Planner will join an established, national company offering services acrossLand Development, Urban Planning, Feasibility Studies, Mixed-use, social housing and more. The Town Planner will join a team of around 15 people.

The Associate Town Planner

The Associate Town Planner will be required to:

Lead on projects
Development plans:
Local plan representations
Site promotion
Appeals
Public inquiry work
Liaising directly with clients
Attend networking events, assisting with Business Development
Stakeholder management skills
Chartered member of Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
5+ years' experience
Relevant degree

- £38,000 - £42,000
