Prospectus is delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Press & Media for a national charity on a permanent basis.

The position will be offered as a hybrid role with some time spent in their London office.

The main purpose of this role is to lead on the press strategy for reports and campaigns, the development of media messaging and press releases in support of research and cultivating existing and target press contacts.

As the Head of Press & Media, you will report in to the Director of External Affairs. This role will lead a strategy to position opinion pieces, articles and commentary in the mainstream press.

Additionally, play a key role in writing, editing and commenting on the Centre's outputs from research publications, web content, podcasts, and corporate materials and provide support across other external affairs functions, including events, campaigns and public affairs, as required by the team.
