Ardingly College is seeking to recruit a Maintenance Assistant who will play a crucial role in supporting the Maintenance Manager and collaborating within a team to ensure the upkeep and repair of all College buildings and facilities.


The role encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities, from promptly addressing maintenance requests and repairs to conducting monitoring checks for maintenance needs and statutory compliance.


Flexibility and adaptability are essential qualities to meet the evolving priorities and needs of the maintenance department and the wider College community.


Salary range:
£26,208 - £31,785 depending on experience.

Working hours: 42.5 hours per week week, Monday to Friday, between the hours of 8am - 5pm. Some occasional out of normal working hours event support may also be required.

All staff are eligible for a free lunch and have access to onsite gym and other leisure facilities.
