OVERVIEW:
Our client is a leading shipping company specialising in sea and air freight services to clients across Europe.

They are seeking to appoint an experienced Export Operator, with a passion to get the job done effectively and efficiently.


THE ROLE:
Export operations and Exports Administration
Customer services
Issue sales invoicing to customers according to agreements and check and pass purchase invoices.
Take bookings utilising internal software.
Liaise with planning teams and shipping lines.
Complete Export Customs Clearance utilising Descartes.
Complete Export Transit Documentation.

THE CANDIDATE:
Experience in a similar role with a confident and approachable personality.
Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail.
Driven to provide a high level of service to customers.
Decisive and adaptable to fast changing workloads, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
Methodical and logical approach to issues that arise, with effective contribution within a team.
Open and willing to learn other roles in the team to build on your personal experience.
