The Group Assurance and Compliance Team is seeking a Team Administrator to join their growing department which manages varied and specialist workstreams including Document Control, CQC Compliance, CQC inspections, CQC technical registrations and any other related assurance matters.


  • Providing effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support, including the use of various IT systems to update spreadsheets and ordering stock/supplies.
  • Organising meetings and taking minutes.
  • Managing the Assistant Director of Assurance and Compliance's diary.
  • Communicating with staff across all levels of the Organisation both verbally and in writing whilst maintaining the Organisation's core values.
