Harrison Bathrooms are a leading UK distributor of bathroom goods and due to expansion we are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Administrator - Invoicer to join our growing team.


You will have proven experience within a similar role in an office environment, looking for a new challenge with a company that supports growth and development from within.

You will be responsible for;

  • Sales Invoicing
  • Daily low margin report
  • Back to stock credits
  • Ensuring correct paperwork received to support the invoice process
  • Administration and customer service with customers
  • Processing paperwork accurately and maintaining the database

To qualify for this role you will be:

  • Self motivated and able to use your own initiative
  • Have experience with Sage
  • The ability to multitask
  • A calm unflappable approach in a busy and demanding environment
  • Problem solver
  • Microsoft competent particularly Excel

Salary:
£20,000.00-£23,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Leeds LS12 6HJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- administration: 1 year (preferred)

- sales invoicing: 1 year (preferred)
