Description

Hours:

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm or 9am - 6pm + 1/4 Saturdays on a rota'd basis (time will be given back in lieu) working overtime will also be required during busy periods.


Reward:
up to £24,000 per annum depending on your experience

Duties will include:


  • Providing front of office support to residents and visitors
  • Updating the company inhouse booking system
  • Supporting customer show rounds around the property
  • Ensure the building is managed and maintained in line with company policies.
Respond positively and quickly to customer enquiries and complaints.

  • Supporting with the coordination of social events and open days
  • Comply with Health and Safety requirements.
  • Manage the incoming post and deliveries and ensure it is distributed efficiently.

Skills and Experience Required:


  • Previous experience within a highly customer focused role
  • Experience within accommodation, hotels/ hospitality or retail is essential.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with strong verbal and written communication
  • A confident, polite, and professional persona
  • Good working knowledge of IT systems including Microsoft Office.
  • Smartly presented.
