This is a really exciting time to join our sales business as we are investing significantly to ensure we are ready to continue our ongoing success and growth as a sales organisation.
Your key objective will be to provide sales training and coaching to the Inside Sales teams to ensure our teams are continually working at an optimum level of performance and their training needs area being supported at all times.
Reporting to the Head of Sales Enablement, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders at all levels across the sales organisation in the UK.
What we're looking for:
You may have recently been in either a training or coaching environment or have worked in sales and are now looking for a role allows you to harness talent and create outstanding sales executives who want to really beat their targets every month.
Naturally you will have a love for all things sales and people; as we know sales stem from great people.
As a Sales Enablement Coach, you will be comfortable delivering presentations with the ability to create training packs whether classroom, virtual or eLearning along with support materials.
