As a HR Advisor - Projects you will contribute to our vision of being
UK's favourite property manager by:

  • he successful delivery of allocated projects within the HR Change function
- managing time, risks, issues, budget and other resources accordingly. To ensure acceptance criteria are captured and met throughout the lifetime of the project and that KPI's are met during the delivery stages.

  • Prioritise tasks accordingly as appropriate to business needs. Work closely with the other business areas to ensure adherence with the project and programme approach, governance, integration with other projects/initiatives and delivering to agreed scope/timescales.
  • Having our colleagues best interests in mind when advising on or looking at a particular project.
This role reports to the HR Project Manager


Main Responsibilities

  • Work with data to understand the business needs
  • Understand the route cause of system issues or challenges and work to identify improvements
  • Support and promote change and improvement programmes across the business to improve the employee experience ensuring it is engaging and frustrationfree working in collaboration with the wider Talent and HR team.
  • Identifying and assisting in solving HR related issues, ensuring these adhere to the organisations policies and objectives.
  • Analysing and evaluating data and reports, feeding back the findings to relevant managers and advising on changes and improvements are all part of the role.
  • Work closely with Executive Sponsors and Project Managers to drive successful project implementation to achieve project objectives.
  • Establish priorities, build buyin to a sense of urgency and importance while following best practice Project Management framework in project execution.
  • Encourage people to work collaboratively to reach decisions, while establishing an escalation process for disagreement as appropriate.
  • Proactively manage risks as they relate to project delivery.
  • Monitoring progress and preparing / delivering regular reports to the HR Project Manager.
  • Maintain and improve upon project management frameworks and standards to support consistency where appropriate, and drive improvements in our project management capability across the business.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in the delivery of HR projects
  • Has previously supported organisations with HRIS implementation and trouble shooting
  • Confident, articulate communicator both orally and in writing; able to build relationships with all employees, from site based colleagues to senior management
  • Manage stakeholders, up to and including Exec level.
  • Excellent organisational skills; able to manage numerous responsibilities at once
  • A good understanding of UK employment law and legislation
  • Competent in analysing data and using Excel
  • High standards and keen attention to detail.
  • Work under pressure and make pragmatic decisions.
  • Proven track record of driving organisational and crossfunctional alignment to produce positive outcomes.
  • Experience working flexibly across a range of responsibilities, projects and programmes.
