Description

This is a temporary role based at the Head Offices of a well-known automotive manufacturer in Tongwell, Milton Keynes.

This role manages the administration tasks required on a daily basis to ensure the smooth running of fleet vehicles.

Main Responsibilities

Data Entry
Loading vehicles on a monthly basis into the rental system, ensuring attention to detail is applied at all times to ensure accuracy in the details being loaded; such as vehicle model, accessories, and financial details.

Data Management

Manage and monitor the loading and defleeting of daily rental vans onto the rental system for location use.

Auditing

Manage and complete the monthly fleet location audit procedure for our rental locations, escalating was appropriate.

Experience Required:

Rental experience within the automotive industry
Fleet management experience within the automotive industry
Experience of defleet management and producing information
Good vehicle brand knowledge and features
Ability to analyse data and present findings
Strong organisational skills
Ability to resolve operational issues
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated
Confident user of MS Word and Excel

Credit check and DBS check will be required before starting this role
