Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure that clients are processed accurately and efficiently
  • Build relationships with clients and advisers to ensure the timely completion of key tasks
  • Work well as part of a team as well as supporting the wider department
  • Provide input on technical issues relating to the department processes
  • Inform Key Account Managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues relating to their schemes where appropriate
