- Ensure that clients are processed accurately and efficiently
- Build relationships with clients and advisers to ensure the timely completion of key tasks
- Work well as part of a team as well as supporting the wider department
- Provide input on technical issues relating to the department processes
- Inform Key Account Managers, clients and financial intermediaries of specific matters or issues relating to their schemes where appropriate

- An efficient verbal and written communicator
- A polite and friendly manner and confident telephone etiquette
- Strong efficiency and punctuality
