Responsibilities:

Utilize active listening to understand customer needs and tailor product recommendations to meet or exceed their expectations.


Sales Techniques:

Embrace a competitive spirit to meet and exceed sales targets, utilizing various sales techniques to outperform personal and team goals.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to stay ahead of the competition.


Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with fellow sales representatives to share competitive strategies and successes.
Engage in friendly competitions within the team to foster a motivating and results-driven atmosphere.

Salary:
£350.00-£800.00 per week

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (preferred)
