The Professional Squash Association (PSA) is the global governing body responsible for the administration of both men's and women's professional squash around the world.

With over 1400 registered players and more than 200 events taking place around the globe every year, the PSA World Tour and the PSA Challenger Tour - both managed and run by the PSA - showcases the game of squash at its highest level in some of the world's most unique and stunning locations.


We are now looking for a Tour Co-Ordinator to add to our dedicated team based in the Calls areas of Leeds City Centre.

The Tour Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the PSA World Tour and will provide professional administrative support to the PSA team.


Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Organising worldwide squash events including scheduling, managing entries and withdrawals through a bespoke CRM system.
  • Provide excellent customer services to player members and promoters.
  • Assist with the feedback and reporting on ways to improve player experience.
  • To remain abreast of Professional Squash Association (PSA) competition regulations, ensuring the implication of any changes to these regulations are appropriately communicated and adhered to.
  • To manage the timely creation of invoices relating to tournaments and players through a Finance System.
  • Provide Professional Admin support to the PSA team.
  • Liaison with suppliers for ordering stock, keeping records.
  • Any other support identified to ensure the Tour Team achieve their aims.
  • Work in close collaboration with Players, Promoters, Member and National Federations.
  • Develop and maintain player and promoter resources and guides.

About you:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential for the role; numerically and written.
  • Experience of working on a variety of projects whilst meetings deadlines.
  • Excellent personal organisational skills and flexibility in managing responsibilities.
  • A commitment to team working.
  • Managing multiple tasks at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances in a fastmoving environment and use initiative.
  • Excellent customer services skills, both verbal and written are essential for this role.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to develop positive internal and external relationships.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • A background knowledge Squash and how tournaments are organised is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience in CRM is desirable but not essential.
  • A good working knowledge of word, excel, outlook and powerpoint are important.
  • Willing to provide occasional weekend cover.
