Your day to day


We're looking for positive customer service driven individuals to be part of the next exciting step in the Newcastle United journey.

We will shortly be launching two new, flagship club stores in conjunction with our new kit partner, adidas.

We need passionate and enthusiastic people to be our brand ambassadors, supporting sales and service across our exciting new stores.


Our aim is to generate a best in class, premium retail experience for every visitor and we need your help in delivering this We want every visit to our stores to be exciting and engaging, delivering a memorable experience to our brilliant fans.

You will be responsible for

  • Providing a warm and engaging welcome to every customer who visits the store.
  • Ensuring that you have the most up to date knowledge about our products to ensure you can support our customers in the best way possible.
  • Delivering a fast paced, highquality approach during our busiest times, such as kit launches and match days.
  • Working to exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets each shift.
  • Demonstrating pride and a passion for the role you play in representing the Club during this exciting period.

About you
We are looking for people with

  • Excellent communication skills as a result of your outgoing and engaging personality.
  • The determination and energy to excel in a pressurised and fast paced retail environment.
  • A passion for football with the ability to provide a knowledgeable service to our customers.
  • Prior experience in a facetoface retail customer service role is highly desirable.
  • GCSE, or equivalent, in Maths and English grade C or above.

We will be holding Assessment evenings at St James Park on 16th and 17th April between the hours of 4.00pm-7.00pm.
