Title:
Client Reports Administrator - Permanent, Full Time
Salary:
£20k-£23k Per Annum (depending on experience)
Duties:
- Ensure all daily reports are delivered to clients on time
- Identity and resolving reporting issues and resolve client issues promptly and accurately
- Produce stats to clients and internal stakeholders
- Ensure in house systems are up to date with accurate client data
- Engage with clients daytoday, keeping them up to date on progress with their accounts
- Monitor Case Management Systems, mailboxes and completing daily tasks
- Ensure all client feedback is captured and escalated where appropriate within the business to raise awareness of aspects that are working well for the client and highlight potential improvements
- Update and maintain internal systems, including activity logging and client account information
- Attend client meetings as and when required
- Provide your line manager with weekly update reports
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in Sales
- Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables, Vlookups, macros, and formulas
- IT literate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Strong numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise your workload
- Highly organised
- Team player
- Good level of general education to GCSE's or GNVQ/NVQ qualification or equivalent
Hours:
Monday - Friday
Fully office based
