Title:
Client Reports Administrator
- Permanent, Full Time


Salary:
£20k-£23k Per Annum (depending on experience)


Duties:


  • Ensure all daily reports are delivered to clients on time
  • Identity and resolving reporting issues and resolve client issues promptly and accurately
  • Produce stats to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Ensure in house systems are up to date with accurate client data
  • Engage with clients daytoday, keeping them up to date on progress with their accounts
  • Monitor Case Management Systems, mailboxes and completing daily tasks
  • Ensure all client feedback is captured and escalated where appropriate within the business to raise awareness of aspects that are working well for the client and highlight potential improvements
  • Update and maintain internal systems, including activity logging and client account information
  • Attend client meetings as and when required
  • Provide your line manager with weekly update reports

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2 year's experience in Sales
  • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot tables, Vlookups, macros, and formulas
  • IT literate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
  • Strong numeracy skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work on own initiative and prioritise your workload
  • Highly organised
  • Team player
  • Good level of general education to GCSE's or GNVQ/NVQ qualification or equivalent

Hours:
Monday - Friday

Fully office based
