Key Responsibilities:


  • Arrange appropriate advertising of all Apprenticeship vacancies, Traineeships and other programmes, including signing off all vacancy stencils to ensure the adverts are accurate and enticing to potential applicants
  • Plan, organise and attend internal recruitment events.
  • Manage the endtoend resourcing process for employer vacancies and traineeships in a timely manner to provide a high level of customer service and maximise recruitment.
  • Conduct market research about recruitment events and interviews and reviewing findings to drive further quality improvements.
  • Ensure continuous compliance with General Data Protection Regulations.

  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Excellent telephone and face to face manner.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent IT skills, use of Microsoft Office suite (word, excel, power point and outlook).
  • Must be prepared to work early evenings on a regular basis.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of the education environment, nationally and in the Greater Manchester area.
  • Awareness of the differing needs of various target audiences e.g. 15 year old schools, 19+ longterm unemployed
  • Extensive knowledge of vocational training programmes.
  • Knowledge of learner support needs and the types of support available to learners on different programmes.
  • Knowledge of career opportunities.
  • IAG qualification or willing to work towards.
  • Maths and English A-C GCSE.
