We are currently seeking a part-time, multi-skilled handyman to join our rapidly expanding company. The position offers flexibility, predominantly during evenings and weekends, totaling 20 hours per week.

Salary:

£30,000 to £36,000 per year pro rata (equivalent to £15,000 to £18,000) based on experience

Kitchen Fitter requirements:

  • Performing minor plumbing repairs, including addressing issues like dripping taps or running
toilet cisterns

  • Installing household appliances such as washing machines and dishwashers
  • Setting up smoke and carbon monoxide alarms for enhanced safety
  • Executing tasks like fitting shelves, hanging pictures, and installing window locks
  • Conducting emergency audits to ensure prompt resolution of issues
  • Performing painting or decorating tasks as well as wall repairs as requested by the client
  • Handling basic electrical work, such as changing bulbs or installing sockets
  • Assembling furniture and ensuring its proper setup
  • Purchasing necessary materials for various tasks
  • Performing general maintenance tasks to uphold property standards
  • Being equipped with their own set of tools for efficient and effective service delivery
  • Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
