Marketing Lead - UK Fully remote - £60,000 - Agency
We are currently representing a market-leading organisation, looking to grow its marketing function.

Due to growth in the past 18 months, the demand for marketing has increased substantially and they are looking to bring their main marketing function in-house, in the form of a Marketing Lead.

This role will naturally recruit and manage the marketing team in the future. As this organisation is a start-up, there is a lot of opportunity and possibilities for someone to get in early with this company

They focus on coaching and developing CTOs and Engineering leaders, who are wanting to become the best possible managers and leaders, through training, courses, and an interactive Slack community.

They are looking for someone to own the company's marketingfunction, produce ideas, implement them, and report on ROI/activity.

The role will be a combination of strategy and implementation - as this role is to encompass all marketing activity, with a focus on the campaigns around the events that are hosted per year.

There is support from external freelancers in the form of copywriters and content editors.

As this role is remote, the company still want to create a collaborative and engaging culture, therefore they do meet-ups around the UK multiple times a year - all this is paid for by the company, of course.
