Pharmacy Assistant - Band - based at the Pharmacy Department, Wrexham Maelor Hospital - 2 posts

37.5 hours per week

A vacancy has arisen for a pharmacy assistants to work within the busy pharmacy department.

Previous experience of working within a store keeping environment, along with customer service experience, dealing with patients and public, would be advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided.

Duties will include:

Dispensing medication/prescriptions
Receiving deliveries
Supply of medication to wards / departments
Scanning / filing prescriptions
Reception
General housekeeping

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
