Forest Hills Hotel is an independently owned 3* hotel affiliated with Best Western as a brand marketing partner.

With 58 bedrooms, a leisure club facility to include an indoor pool, our fabulous Hilltops Restaurant and Lounge Bar which offer stunning views of the Mersey Estuary, it is a hive of activity.


As a 3-Star independent hotel, every member of staff plays an important part in our success, and we pride ourselves on our high standard of customer service with a loyal and repeat following.


Previous hotel experience is important but not crucial; we are keen to invest in people with personalities who are a good fit for our business.

We do ask that you can demonstrate similar key skills, experience and success from a previous role.


Job Type / Category
Our Food and Beverage Assistant will deliver restaurant quality service to our guests with a smile.

You'll welcome guests, explain menu choices in a clear, concise way, serve food from the kitchen and drinks from the bar and take pride in keeping the dining room spotlessly clean.


Your role will also support dining operations or food & beverage service in other areas such as the weddings, conference and Christmas Parties and other private events.


You'll take dealing with complaints in your stride, ensuring our guests feels listened to and understood, and making sure the supervisor is informed of any issues quickly, in a calm and polite manner.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 8-40 per week


Salary:
£5.28-£10.42 per hour
