We have a great opportunity to join our busy manufacturing client based on the outskirts of Oldham on a temp to perm basis.

The company are at the forefront of their field and, due to demand for their products, need to expand their team.


As part of the despatch team you will be responsible for:

  • Picking/packing orders from small boxes to pallets
  • Checking goods in/out
  • Filling out relevant paperwork
  • Inputting order details on to despatch system
  • Loading/unloading deliveries from own vehicles and external carriers
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of your workstation/department
  • Checking for and reporting faults on equipment and machinery
  • Safe and competent use of Forklift truck
  • Working safely and productively at all times

Requirements:


  • RTITB (or equivalent) FLT (Counterbalance) licence (preferred)
  • Warehouse Experience (preferred)
  • Experience of working in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Able to work independently and in a team
  • Punctuality
  • Flexible approach

Hours:
shifts will include 11am - 7.00pm and 2.00pm pm Monday to Friday

Starting rate £10.25 raising to £11 after April 1st
