Full load Export Administration £18,000 to £25,000

Role description

  • Export operations and Exports Administration
  • Customer Services


  • Admin

  • Issue sales invoicing to customers according to agreements and check and pass purchase invoices
  • Take bookings and create in our internal software
  • Liaise with transport planners and shipping lines
  • Learn all aspects of full load export operations
  • Completing export customs clearance
  • Use Datafreight/Destin8

You will have

  • A confident and approachable person
  • Must have Export / Customs Experience
  • A high level of organisation and attention to detail
  • Customer focused and dead line orientated
  • Good decisionmaking skills, ability to evaluate, prioritise and plan while responding to quickly changing workloads
  • A methodical, logical approach with good problemsolving abilities, able to work on their own initiative within a time critical setting and as part of a team
  • IT literate
  • A willingness to learn other roles in the team to build on personal experience
