Description
We are looking for a confident individual to support our recruitment team in our Leeds office.

We expect you to be a strong multi-tasker, proactive, innovative, resilient, self-motivated and with an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Updating in house systems
  • Producing reports on excel
  • Updating holiday forms
  • Checking timesheets
  • Assisting in payroll
  • Answering Phone calls
  • Scanning Documents

To be a successful, you must:

  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be able to cope with pressure
  • Be flexible and adaptable
  • Have a mature personality
  • Have good organisational and administration skills
  • Have good IT skills

Office hours are : 8am - 5pm

Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
