We are looking for a confident individual to support our recruitment team in our Leeds office.We expect you to be a strong multi-tasker, proactive, innovative, resilient, self-motivated and with an excellent work ethic.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Updating in house systems
- Producing reports on excel
- Updating holiday forms
- Checking timesheets
- Assisting in payroll
- Answering Phone calls
- Scanning Documents
To be a successful, you must:
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to cope with pressure
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have a mature personality
- Have good organisational and administration skills
- Have good IT skills
Office hours are : 8am - 5pm
Salary:
£20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Leeds, LS11: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
