We have an exciting opportunity for an Events and Marketing Executive to join our client and work within their busy team.

This is a varied role and an excellent opportunity to learn and develop in a successful award wining marketing/communications team.

You will be responsible for assisting in the planning, marketing and delivery of a series of digital events and face to face events/exhibitions across the UK.

In addition to on-site event delivery, this role will involve executing marketing and communicationscampaigns to support the events and webinars across multiple channels, in line with the marketing strategy.

Please note some travel and overnight stays will be required periodically (all UK).

Events & Marketing Executive Duties and Responsibilities

Supportin the planning and delivery of events, conferences, exhibitions, meetings and webinars, ensuring they are delivered ontime and within agreed budgets
Coordinate venue booking and management, budget management, working with agencies, stakeholder management, ontheday Event Management.
Work with the wider Marketing and Communication teams to support the development of multichannel customer engagement campaigns.
Conduct risk assessments prior to the delivery of events, coordinating with any 3rd party stakeholders, and oversea the Health & Safety arrangements
Work within a budget provided when planning and delivering events
Monitor and analyse customer engagement and satisfaction at events, exhibitions and during webinars. Report on postevent results and recommendations to enhance to customer experience and ROI.

Events & Marketing Executive Skills required:

Experience within the events management industry
Onsite event management experience
Marketing or Events related degree or CIM qualification, or working towards or demonstrable experience
Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders both internally and externally
Great organisational skills with a proven track record of delivering projects from conception to completion.
Full, UK driving licence
