Description
The post holder is required to provide a comprehensive, efficient and effective clerical service to the Bariatric department.

The post holder will be responsible for identifying, collecting and entering data onto relevant external systems and submitting these to the necessary teams as required.

The post holder will locate and retrieve medical records and will assist the Directorate in monitoring activity through data collection and reporting.

The post holder will support consultants in ensuring the submission of data to the National Bariatric Surgeon Registry (NBSR) is completed in a timely fashion.

They will be responsible for effectively co-ordinating the collation of reports and patient information for the Multidisciplinary Team Meetings for patients on the Bariatric pathway.
