ROLE SUMMARY
To oversee & administratively maintain the Charnwood office working environment, ensuring an offering to all visitors & staff that is professional and reflective of Kindeva's highest professional standards.
To coordinate & manage all significant Charnwood Site Visits and events.Provide support to efficiently disseminate standard corporate employee communications.
Responsible for Sourcing Compliance Administration
To actively support CPMO with D365 and procurement related tasks.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
To oversee & administratively maintain the Charnwood office working environment (20%)
- Provide Go To offering for B31 general site issues (IT, Office equipment, courier postage, engineering requests)
- Maintain B31 Stationary & Kindeva Branding Supplies
- Maintain B31 tea/coffee Supplies & Kitchen upkeep.
- To provide cover support for Derby Road Admin Assistant.
- Assist with arrangements for site visits (customers, suppliers & US Colleagues including rooM/Facility booking, hotels, travel, taxis, restaurant bookings, buffets/refreshments etc.
- Assist with LB events organization.
- Maintain B31 Collaboration area.
- Maintain Staff & Visitor Guides
- Collaborate with other global site Admin leads as required.
- Coordination of Loughborough Weekly Pass Downs
- Charnwood Sports & Social Coordination
- Work within Sourcing to assist with all compliance administration requirements.
