If so we have the perfect opportunity for you as a Guest and Events Coordinatorat an established investment bank based in the City of London

Responsibilities:

As a key member of the reception team, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting clients, answering phones, and handling various administrative duties.

However, a central element of this role will be organising events.

The company in question hostsnumerous events and conferences each month, and it will be your task to liaise with clients to book and organise these events.

This will include giving clients tours of the office space, planning attendance and layout, and ensuring that all necessary arrangementsare made as per the client's specifications.
