Description
Our client is a global electrical goods company looking to hire a contract Digital Producer role. They are established and successful in providing their consumers the highest grade of household technology.


This Digital producer position for is a Contract role responsible for managing and representing all major parties on the project; Creative, Copy and Content Management.

All stages of the digital delivery process are to be managed adequately and following an agreed process to ensure the best digital work is produced.

Contract begins: 1st May (flexible)


Contract Ends:
End of 2023

Hybrid Position: 2 days onsite / 3 days remote

Day Rate:
£400

Responsibilities:


  • Ensuring all detailed briefs supplied by Commercial teams are reviewed / rewritten and well interpreted whilst documenting deliverables into an organised structure. All briefs must reflect the teams requirements whilst being achievable, if briefs are determined to not meet digital requirements, the necessary changes should be made to provide a better understanding for the team.
  • Organisation and Planning are key in ensuring detailed digital projects are created and maintained. Working with project managers to allow appropriate forecasting, capacity planning and management processes are adhered to.
  • Must communicate regularly with stakeholder management; business stakeholders in order to have up to date understandings of status of projects and manage expectations relating to delivery. The ability to understand and tailor information to differentiating audiences.
  • Managing print / production quotes for projects as well as maintaining supplier relationships; deadlines, deliveries or quality issues.
  • The coordination with all project managers and team members within the production process such as daily meetings.

  • Managing and leading crossfunctional teams
  • Good portfolio of projects / project delivery
  • Strong communication / negotiation skills
  • Strong organisation / planning / scheduling skills
  • Ability to use Microsoft Applications
  • Must be able to manage high volume briefs & large complex projects
