I am currently seeking a Deputy care home manager for overall running alongside the Home Manager of a 30 bedded residential home in Openshaw, Manchester.

The home is rated requires improvement with the CQC.

Key Responsibilities of a Deputy Home Manager:

  • To manage a team of Carers and work closely with the Home Manager
  • Proven experience in assisting in managing fully compliant Residential Homes
  • Experience in managing staff teams
  • Relevant experience
  • Commercial awareness
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Deciding and initiating action

Deputy Home Manager Requirements:

  • Management experience
  • Supportive individual
  • Ensuring quality of care for residents
  • Previous track record working within residential care
  • Track record of increasing occupancy
