I am excited to be supporting a global IT - data specialist with their forthcoming HRIS role on a fixed term contract to start asap.

With offices in both Buckinghamshire and London, they offer agile working.


The Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) Analyst will oversee the sourcing, design and implementation of the databases, software, and computer systems that the company will use to manage their human resource's function.

Duties will include analysing HRIS systems, monitoring performance, and resolving issues. You may also be required to assist the Human Resources Director.


Key Responsibilities

  • Experience of sourcing, working with 3rd party suppliers and on the implementation of a new HRIS for an international business
  • Manage the Project from endtoend, ensuring automation, integration, and to configure core HR processes within a suitable system.
  • Leading the evaluation and evolution of the HR System coordinating with IT and the user community to identify areas of improvement, recommend changes, and implement functional solutions. Actively identifying and resolving issues.
  • Maintaining the testing of the system, process improvements, ensuring data quality, and analysing and reporting on the data in the HRIS.
  • Defining how the HRIS can be optimised to provide an effective employee experience that supports the organisation.
  • Coaching the team to develop knowledge, expertise and drive the automation process.
  • Working with the company to translate business needs into projects, including prioritisation, scheduling, and resource planning.
  • Monitoring quality of business processes as well as data quality and integrity by ensuring a regular audit in coordination with the HR team.
  • Developing, documenting, and maintaining all current and new HRIS business process workflows for efficiency and compliance.

Your Experience

  • Experience of the implementation and working with HRIS systems within multinational companies
  • Experience working with multiple providers; working knowledge of HR suppliers and needs of business.
  • Experience managing HRIS changes and implementations to support M&A and harmonisation.
  • Outofthebox thinker and a handson expert continuously seeking ways to improve and optimise use of HRIS platforms.
  • Detail and processoriented, able to partner with nontechnical customers and partners to understand user needs and translate needs into technical requirements.
  • Able to effectively partner with IT and nontechnical customers to understand user needs and translate needs into technical process and configuration requirements.
  • Thorough understanding of and experience with the system development life cycle.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project management.
  • Skilled in demonstrating innovation and creativity by continually improving internal processes.
  • Strong problem solving and analytic skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Able to work in a growing organisation by balancing multiple priorities.
  • Able to work both independently and with crossfunctional teams using good judgement.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective presentation skills for communicating the strategic story behind HR data.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP - therefore would suit someone who is immediately available.
