Harmonic are proud to be working with one of the UK's most renowned Art Museums in their search for a Finance Business Partner, to help facilitate the growth of the hugely successful organisation.

The Business:

This multi site property situated in one of the most beautiful areas of Central London has pioneered some of the most exciting exhibitions in contemporary art for over 50 years.

This historic institution also hosts regular live events and is available forprivate hire, regularly affiliated with various fashion shows.

This extremely values led organisation, with blue chip investors, have prided themselves historically on their commitment to showcases some of the best emerging contemporary art, with their exhibitions attracting over a million people every year.

Surroundedby people with a real love of the arts, the organisation are looking in to bring in their next finance professional who shares these values and takes pride in working for such a historic and well respected organisation.

The Role:

The role, which offers hybrid working, will offer opportunities to work closely with a Head of Finance and an Strategic Director of Finance and Operations, providing fantastic exposure to senior level management.

Duties:

Provide accurate and timely financial information including monthly management accounts and project reports
Maintain trusted relationships throughout the business to influence strategic and tactical decisions
Produce cash flow reports and prepare and monitor the cash flow forecast.
Communicate data (both written and verbal) in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner.
Undertake and support a range of projects throughout the business as required
Adhoc financial guidance for departments as required, ensuring a high level of responsiveness and assistance to colleagues across the business

Strong ability to communicate financial data to colleagues

months of Finance Business Partnering Experience

Management Accounting Experience

Charity Accounting experience
Internal audit experience

Salary:
£51,000 + industry perks
