Become our Marketing Assistant and be part of something special


A key part of the marketing team, working alongside and supporting colleagues in the team in their specialist areas to deliver marketing campaigns.

whilst also owning your own projects and working on them with support from briefing to delivery.

A varied role that would include regular responsibilities but also with great variety as you will join in with additional projects as they arose.

This role truly touches each part of the marketing process.

£26,000 per annum

Full time (37.5 hours per week).

London office (Victoria)


What will you do?

  • Manage simple updates to the website for example uploading images and amending prices
  • Be involved in shoots and content capture on our parks either assisting on bigger shoots or capturing shots and footage to be used in social media
  • Support the team in capturing and recording requests from around the business using our project management tool to help use our time efficiently
  • Liaise with third parties e.g. travel websites and making sure our listings are up to date
  • Undertake simple copywriting for example for the blog part of our website, organic social posts or park newsletters
  • Support the team by joining in content planning and suggesting themes for activity
  • Collate imagery in relation to projects and working with local park teams to check information or gather extra assets we may need
  • Work with the team to plan and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
  • Support the CRM team and carry out simple actions in mailchimp

What are we looking for?

  • Strong personal skills and the ability to build relationships with park teams and external agency partners
  • A selfstarter who wants to work within a small team in a growing company
  • A real problem solver who can work with agility to overcome challenges
  • Someone who can juggle multiple projects from small tasks to bigger, longerterm work
  • Experience across a range of channels would be advantageous
  • Ambitious creative standards to help us stand out from the crowd
  • Full driver's licence required as travel to our rural locations will be required
