Based in Hillington Business Park, B Mundell Ltd is a family run company with a good track record of staff retention.

We are a diverse company providing haulage & warehousing for Scotland's major whisky and gin producers. We also provide parcel deliveries and bus services on the Isle of Islay.

B Mundell are recruiting for a business support administrator to join our team on a permanent basis.


The hours of work would be 37.5 hours a week, Monday - Friday (Flexi Time Available) The role is based in the Hillington office (G52 4NQ) which can be accessed by public transport via bus and train (Hillington West train station) and there is also on-site parking.

Your new role

Reporting to the Operational Support Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Reception duties.
  • Maintain & manage the company digital databases.
  • Maintain existing Company compliance systems.
  • Maintain & update KPI reports.
  • Effectively manage & distribute Company stationery, uniforms & equipment.
  • Support with new employee advertising & onboarding.
  • Purchase invoice processing.
  • Providing telephone support
  • General office duties.
  • Providing holiday cover for Service & Maintenance administrator
