Jenson Fisher are currently recruiting an experienced HR Coordinator for a leading healthcare company based in Dundee.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Full responsibility for the HR mailbox while acting as the main point of contact for all HR queries
Coordinating recruitment campaigns including arranging job adverts; participating in selection process as appropriate; processing referencing requests; preparing offer letters and employment contracts.
Contributing to the ongoing development of HR related policies, procedures and the updating of Employee Handbook
Collating, preparing and submitting accurate and timely monthly payroll data to the finance team
Maintaining updated database of staff including the calculating and maintaining annual leave entitlements, Company sick pay entitelements, SSP entitelements
Maintaining the employee administration system
Coordinating referrals to occupational health providers and producing reports for management
Organising resources for new employees
Maintaining stock of employee lockers and uniform

Applicants should:

Experience within an HR role at a similar level including payroll experience
Be an excellent communicator and be able to build excellent working relationships with staff members across all levels of the business
Excellent attention to detail
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Level 5 CIPD qualification would be desirable.

This is an office based role. Salary ranges between £27 000 and £31 000 dependent on experience.
