Our client is looking for a confident and driven graduate Estate Agent to join one of their high-performing offices across South West London.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress with a company that offers in depth training as well asthe opportunity for great earnings.


Character profile for the Graduate Estate Agent:

  • Willing & eager to learn
  • Full UK driver's license
  • Able to work well in a team, as well as independently
  • Great negotiating skills
  • Organized & well presented

Main duties for the Graduate Estate agent:

  • Arranging & conducting viewings
  • Registering applicants
  • Negotiate with both parties to ensure the best price is achieved
  • Keep in regular contact with both applicants & vendors
  • Managing the process from offer agreed to completion

Package for the Graduate Estate Agent:

  • Up to £20k basic
- £40k OTE

  • Located in a high performing office
  • Great training
