We're looking for a skilled, technical, and collaborative Post Production Operator to join Aardman's Mastering team, to lead the creation of broadcast deliverables and undertake QC work across all mastering stages to ensure our content is delivered to the highest standards.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within an Oscar-winning animation studio.


The Post Production Operator will be responsible for servicing all deliverables from the Sales and Acquisitions team, utilising relevant trackers to deliver content within agreed timeframes.

With the support of the Post Production Operations Manager, the Post Production Operator will also fully undertake our in-house eyeball QC and AQC processes, ensuring all new Aardman and acquired third party content is mastered to our high standards.


About You:

The Post Production Operator should have extensive knowledge of file codecs, broadcast technologies and be proficient in the use of Adobe products.

The Post Production Operator should also have an understanding of audio, grade and online workflows within content mastering.

This will be an advanced technical role within a growing team, and a key point of contact for the department meaning strong interpersonal skills and experience with client handling is essential.


Mastering is an exciting new department within Aardman that offers finishing services across four areas; Audio, Grade, Online and Delivery.

Through these, we support the studio's (and third party) productions at the final stage, seeing them through the final processes of craft and assembly before delivering them to the world
