Quality Assurance Officer - Permanent, Full Time
Duties:
- You will prepare detailed reports in line with your observations, will provide feedback and identify training requirements. These reports will also be used to support the Customer Care Team in resolving complaints
- Access correct audit report on cloudbased quality platform and fully address all questions providing clear, informative feedback
- Review footage, call and case history thoroughly, and in its entirety
- Highlight areas of identified noncompliance with enforcement legislation, industry best practice and internal policies and procedures provide unbiased, meaningful feedback
- Record found concerns and inaccuracies on appropriate log
- Recognise, and escalate to Senior Management, any matters that need immediate attention; constructively communicate findings to interested parties throughout the business
- Complete all company registers and logs fully
- Remain conscious that materials reviewed will contain materials of a sensitive, personal, and confidential nature; work in a manner that ensures security of data, review your own actions and processes to ensure data protection requirements are not breached
- Complete adhoc tasks and other duties as requested by Management as may from time to time be reasonably required
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong administration, organisational and communications skills
- High attention to detail
- Can demonstrate integrity and flexibility
- Ability to deliver results and meet company expectations
- Proficient level of general education to GCSE or GNVQ/NVQ or equivalent
Fully office based
