We would love you to join our team as Partnerships Coordinator, focused on building relationships with wealthy individuals and also working with corporates and trusts.

You will look after a caseload of supporters from initial research through to cultivation and stewardship ensuring that they have an outstanding personalised supporter journey with "Wow" moments that will inspire further engagement.

You will be part of the development and high-quality delivery of the RUHX partnership programmes.

No two days in our team are the same and we are flexible about where you work.

We split our time evenly between working at home and in the office as well as being out and about in our community.

You will search out, gather and analyse grant criteria, giving history, appropriate biographical, financial, corporate, philanthropic and network information from a wide variety of sources to ensure donor data is up-to-date and recorded on database.


You will need bags of initiative, be innovative, brave, positive, You must enjoy working as part of a team, supporting your colleagues and able to work collaboratively because we believe we are more together.

You must be ambitious, and relationship focused, whist able to meet deadlines and targets.

It would be great if you have experience in fundraising and marketing and working with corporates.

We will help support you to develop a career in the charity sector whilst being part of an ambitious team going further to give every patient the extra extraordinary care they deserve.
