Monday - Thursday 8.30am - 4.30pm, Friday 8.30am - 4pm, 37.5 hours a week

We are working with a successful utility business based in Slough and looking for temporary support in an ongoing temp position.
Working in a close-knit team, you willsupport with Admin tasks and be the point of contact for the engineers when they need guidance.
It is a lively office, where no two days are the sameResponsibilities:
- Raising PO's
- Raising delivery notes
- Receipting
- Updating the database accurately
- Uploading the engineer's paperwork
- Logging timesheet's
- Supporting the Admin manager with any other Administration support
- You have experience in an administration role before
- You are a confident user of MS office, particularly Excel and CRM systems
- Ideally, you will have worked in a position with engineers or suppliers
- You are available immediately
