**1:1 Teaching Assistant

Special Educational Needs**We work with a popular Primary School in Stonehouse who are currently seeking a 1:1 Teaching Assistant for their team The role is a part time opportunity that is going to be 3 hours a morning, 5 mornings a week Monday to Friday. The hours will be 912 daily. This is needed immediately so you must be able to start as soon as possible. The role is linked to the child's attendance and so is ongoing indefinitely. You would be working 1:1 with a child with an EHCP who needs some additional support with their school work, and socially as well.

What will you need to do on a daily basis?

Convey an understanding of working with children with EHCPs and My Plans;
Convey the ability to develop caring and supportive relationships with children;
Use your initiative
May need to use computing

"Pupils are reflective, and staff encourage them to consider awe and wonder in the world around them. Pupils are invited to contribute their ideas about how behaviour is managed in both the classroom and the playground. This means that pupils behave very well and have a secure understanding of right from wrong, which starts in Reception".
