Distribution of Beauty products based at their academy in Cheadle you will be responsible for the below:
- Dealing with B2C customers enquiries.
- Ensure that the question of the customer is answered and expectations managed to the highest standard
- You will identify customer needs and effectively process all customer orders.
- Provide efficient and effective service to customers, undertaking handling of objections if needed
- Handle all administrative duties related to the customer service role.
Working hours & Training:
You will be required to work 9am-18:30 pm any 5 out of 7
Hourly Rate:
£11
- Previous experience working within a customer focused environment.
- Customer satisfaction focused, process and results driven
- Fluent knowledge of English, spoken and written
